Jay and Joan Gerish bought this land in 1978 as a family retreat, and when they opened the farm to weddings, they kept that same spirit. You're not renting a blank canvas. You're stepping into a working farm where about 30 cows, a dozen sheep, 2 donkeys, and a flock of chickens go about their day while you're planning yours.

What's Included When You Book

When we say we guide you through the planning process, we mean it. From your first site visit (a reservation is necessary to view the property) to the moment your last guest leaves, our team is with you. We provide staff support, golf cart services to help guests navigate the property, and a fire pit where people tend to linger long after dinner ends.

Our tent setup includes a 40' x 100' space with Edison bulb lighting, a chandelier, carpet flooring, and side walls, plus a second 20' x 40' tent. We bring in 20 round tables, 240 white resin folding chairs, and a 28' x 18' dance floor. Your ceremony site comes with an arbor, chairs, and benches, and the cocktail hour gets set up with a wine barrel bar that photographs beautifully against the mountain backdrop.

If you want farm tables for dinner, we have 20 of them. If you want a vintage horse trailer bar that becomes the centerpiece of your reception, we've got that too. The bridal suite is available five hours before your wedding starts, giving you a calm space to get ready while your guests arrive.

Working with Your Vision and Your Vendors

We've built relationships with preferred vendors across every category you'll need: caterers, photographers, florists, entertainment, rentals, and event planners. These are people who know the property, understand how to work on a mountain top, and deliver consistently. You're welcome to bring your own team, and we'll make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work.

Our role is to make sure the logistics don't become your problem. That's why we include things like table numbers, umbrellas, and a bathroom trailer for weddings over 75 guests. You shouldn't have to track down those details.
